1. Payment:
Full payment for courses must be made as per the outlined payment options. For those opting for installment payments, the second installment is due within two months.
2. Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be submitted at least two days before the course start date. A processing fee of $200.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. No refunds after course commencement.
3. Certificate of Completion:
Taff Technology provides a certificate of completion, indicating hours of professional development for each completed course. Participants earn 8 contact hours per week of online courses.
4. Privacy of Trainee Records:
By enrolling in a Taff Technology course, you consent to provide personal data. We prioritize your privacy and use your information solely for course-related communication.
5. Code of Conduct:
Participants are required to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful and professional behavior towards instructors and fellow participants. Any violation may result in removal from the course without refund.
6. Technical Requirements:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology and internet connection required to participate in the online courses. Taff Technology is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end.
7. Modification of Terms:
Taff Technology reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the courses constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
